Upgrade cancelled and refunded

    In previous days they make the cancellation of subscription, I was informed that would be reimbursed $ 75 but to this day have not been deposited in my account.

    How long has it been since your cancellation and refund? Sometimes it can take up to 5-7 business days.

    How will you refund my payment?

    You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.

    Hi there,

    Your refund was definitely issued on the 15th, for the full $99 cost of the Premium Plan you cancelled. You can view the receipts here:

    If you haven’t received it yet it is most likely due to a delay in processing it at your bank’s end. Please contact them to follow up on this, and provide them the transaction IDs from our payment processor that appears in your receipts.
