Upgrade cancelled refunds

  I wrongly upgraded my site and cancelled the transaction only to be informed that I will receive my funds in 5-10 days. still not received

  Thanks for getting in touch about the refund. I’ve reviewed the account. We did release $18 on 2020-04-08. This does typically only take ten days. If there’s a delay we request that you inquire with the financial party directly. They can tell you how the refund is going to appear on your statement, and when they’ll release the funds from themselves and in to your own account.
