Upgrade Custom CSS removed appearance

    I contacted the team for Ticket #587089. Support put through an upgrade to continue our subscription to Custom CSS, but doing so drastically changed how our blog looks. We are hoping for support in reverting our page to the state that it was before the upgrade.

    Can we have a link to the blog you are talking about please? The one linked to your username has been deleted. Did you have the custom CSS upgrade before or is it something new you have added to your blog? If you’ve renewed the one thing that immediately springs to mind is make sure you have the “add to existing stylesheet” checkbox set exactly the same as you had it previously. Try viewing your blog with it on and off to see if that helps. Also, make sure you’re using the same theme as before. CSS is theme dependant and will not work if you switch.

    Howdy! The CSS code that was just previewed in the editor before took effect when the upgrade was applied.

    I removed the CSS code for you and it is now back to the stock theme as it was before.
