Upgrade disappointing with audio widgets
-
I upgraded 10gb but I’m not satisfied with the audio widget: whenever I upload a track using the URL from a site (goar.com, for example) the buffering goes on and on forever and it never plays. very disappointing. I’d like to have an explanation and a solution to this problem, otherwise I’m going to have to ask for a refund.
Thanks. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Please note that the Extra Space upgrade is to upload your own audio files. As seen in this support guide here, you can upload music to a playlist if it is one of these files: .mp3, .m4a, .ogg, or .wav
In order to upload a track using a URL you will need the direct link not the link to the webpage.
Please note that you can also easily embed your music from SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Spotify, Rdio, and 8tracks.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Ok, thanks for your reply, bit it seems that it’s not easy at all to upload tracks from Souncloud and others sites.
Take a look at my blog, http://giovannisavastano06.wordpress.com,
there’s a track I’ve uploaded from Souncloud and you can’t hear it when you play it. Why?? -
Hi there,
I just looked at your blog, and I’m able to hear Rockin’ Woman perfectly. Can you try a different browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox?
Please also make sure your browsers are up to date:
Cheers!

Thanks, ok , I tried Google chrome and actually it works. But why doesn’t it work with Safari? I have the latest versione of it, which is the 7.0.1.
Thanks -
Hi there,
I just checked it on Safari and I found that it was working as well. Try clearing out your browser’s cache and cookies:
