Upgrade DNS

  Hi, I didn’t renew my domain…now it shows I have to upgrade my DNS , how can I do this and will I have my blog back? the blog is http://www.lepetitchou thanks!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi!

  Just to confirm, you previously owned the domain lepetitchou.ca elsewhere and had it mapped to WordPress.com, but you did not renew the domain at the registrar. Is that correct?

  We have two options moving forward:

  1. If you would like to continue using the domain, you can renew it at the registrar and change the name servers to point to WordPress.com:

     http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/

  2. If you no longer want to use the domain, I can remove the domain mapping upgrade, which would cause the blog to revert back to the default lepetitchoudotnet.wordpress.com address.

  Can you let me know how you would like to proceed?

  Hi, it looks like the domain I had ( lepetitchou.ca) was just bought on December 4th !! If I choose a different name, does wordpress still have a copy of my blog? Thanks!

  Of course! I just removed the domain mapping upgrade from your account since the domain was already purchased by someone else. All of your content should now be available at lepetitchoudotnet.wordpress.com.

  You can now purchase another domain for that site. It looks like lepetitchou.co is available. Would that work?
