Upgrade & Domain Cancellation

Hi there,
I recently found out that I am unable to customize a wordpress theme. I thought that the Editor would be enabled but that doesn’t appear to be the case. I immediately cancelled my subscription and my domain registration. I only recently got a partial refund. It says on the cancellation page that I should be able to get a refund for the domain as well. Do you want to keep the domain, and use it elsewhere? I don’t recommend cancelling the domain, if you want to use it again, since there’s no guarantee you’d be able to register it again.
If you want to keep it, you can point it to another hosting provider in just a few steps:

I would like to cancel it and get a full refund please. Can you please verify that I’ve cancelled properly and if I will get the full reimbursement. If not, can you please provide me the steps necessary to do so.

I will definitely consider wordpress again – but not for this website I’m trying to put together that requires more personal branding (especially one that requires the removal of all elements that could throw the user off).
May I suggest that WordPress offers a premium plus price point that allows users to remove the footer at the bottom?
