upgrade domain credit card page

  I’m trying to upgrade my domain and pay with a credit card…however the way your form is set up, I cannot input my city information because the “total amount” is blocking the section…..and the press “registration” button is in the way….it is crooked….it does not allow me to finish the process because of that. Thank you
