Upgrade Domain name for our website

    I am taking over as webmaster for our club website (www.mortonarboretumphotographicsociety.com). This domain name is an upgraded version from the basic one which contains the ‘WordPress’ component. The upgraded version is due to expire. But it would not allow us to upgrade. It is prompting for the owner. But even the owner was rejected for upgrading the domain name. Please help!! I have $18 in anyway you are willing to accept.

    Hi there!

    As you mentioned, only the owner of the subscriptions will be able to renew them. In your case, the owner seems to be the user jhjudd.

    They should be able to renew both the domain and the plan from their dashboard. If they experience any issues while trying that, they can reach us via live chat from https://wordpress.com/help/contact
