upgrade/downgrade

  If I upgrade my website from the free one, could I ever go back down to the free if I chose to? I don’t know that our church will be able to keep up the upgrade fees on a regular basis so I would like to be sure we can still downgrade the page without having to redo the whole site. Thanks.

  Hi,

  You can cancel your upgrades at any time.

  A backup copy of your website’s content can be made using the export function: https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

  Purchases made on WordPress.com can be canceled and refunded during the refund period.

  For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. If you used the domain credit to register a new domain, the normal cost of registration will be deducted from your refund. If you mapped an existing domain, or never used a domain, you will receive a full refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 30 days.
