upgrade error at cainslanes.com

    Hello,

    When I logged in last week as the admin to make some changes to my site. It was telling me that there was an upgrade to WP. So when I was done I started the upgrade like I have done in the past. It would appair that there was an error with the upgrade because I can no longer log into my admin account. When I try this is the error i receive: ‘http://www.cainslanes.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F’. Can you please help me to resolve this problem? Thank you,
