Upgrade failed

I did a blog vuorenmaanurakointi.wordpress.com for my boyfriends company. I tried to upgrade it to vuorenmaanurakointi.com. I typed in my boyfriends information, but when it got time to pay, I remembered that he doesn’t have a credit card so I typed in my credit card information which resulted in “invalid cardholder name”. I then tried to change the upgrader to myself, I changed the personal information but payment failed again, same notification. What is the situation now? Is the upgrade somehow jammed and that’s why I can’t finish it? What to do?

I would suggest calling up your issuing bank to clear up the issue. Usually, informing them about your purchase on WordPress.com should sort out the problem.
Alternately, you may pay using a debit card with the Mastercard or Visa logo on it. If you’d like to pay using Paypal, make sure that you have enough funds to cover the cost of the upgrade.
