Upgrade failed?

Hi! I think there is something wrong with my account. Recently I upgraded to WordPress Business but my account is still set to ‘free’. Could you help me? Thanks in advance! Christian

It sounds like you have 2 separate accounts. 1 has the upgrade and the other is a duplicate, free account.
Which website are you working on? Can you share the site address here so we can take a look and sort this out?
