Upgrade failed or payment didn't work

    Dear Support Team,
    I tried to upgrade my blog to Business and chose as payment method ELV. I entered all the necessary data, but got no confirmation neither by e-mail nor in wordpress.com under My Upgrades or Billing History. After clicking on the ‘Pay’ button there was the normal page again so I think, there went something wrong.
    Before trying it again and then maybe paying twice, I would like to know if there is any upgrade order on your server. Can you help me with this problem, please? Or maybe tell me, what might cause this problem?
