  Please help. Ian trying to upgrade to a .com domain using my Visa card and transaction is being declined but with no problem at my bank side. From Zimbabwe.

  This could be a temporary error. Please try again. If you have different card that you can use, try using that. If all else fails, please try to pay up using PayPal.
