Upgrade Failure

  I am still unable to upgrade to Premium. When I go to Manage Purchases and click on Premium, it blows up the page. When I went to this page as directed, nothing happened when I pushed both upgrade buttons. The button lit up when I rolled over it with the cursor, but clicking on it did absolutely nothing. I have cleared my cache and cookies, and nothing. It shouldn’t be this hard for me to give you guys my $99. Please Help!!!

  Have you double checked in another browser to see if you experience the same problem? It can be a temporary glitch.

  If this issue hasn’t been resolved, add “modlook” to the tags for this thread to let WordPress.com staff know that you need assistance.
