  I mapped my domain to a new URL (adoptiontaxcredit.org) but wasn’t charged the $13 upgrade fee. Shouldn’t I have been? Seems to be working but I want to make sure it will continue to do so.

  The domain mapping is included into your $99 bundle upgrade, so you won’t be charged separately.
