  Hi, want to check the upgrade fee of advanced version $8 per month, is it referring to USD?
  Besides, can i change my wordpress site address when i do the upgrade?

  When you upgrade to any WPcom plan, you can either register a new custom domain or map a domain you already own and that will replace the free wordpress.com/home.blog address that you signed up with. https://wordpress.com/support/domains/
