upgrade: for account or blog?

  If I buy the custom design upgrade, is that an upgrade of my account that I can use with any blog/site I manage or just an upgrade for one blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Support pages answer most questions:

  With the exception of the Guided Transfer, all upgrades are per year and per blog.
