Upgrade from Free to Paid

  If I upgrade my account to a paid account, will I lose my current site and all the work I have done? Do I need to take any precautions so that I do not lose my work? I tried exporting my site and it only created a word file with disjointed text.

  You’ll keep all your current content when you upgrade. Nothing is lost, you just gain access to the upgrades listed with the plan you purchase.

  It is only when downgrading from a Premium plan that you will lose access to certain features (e.g., Plugins, WordAds, or Live Chat).
