Upgrade from Free to Paid Plan from India

  Please let me know how can I upgrade my Free site to Paid site using Indian Credit Card.

  Trying to Purchase Paid plan from India, shows 350 Indian Rupees per Month for Premium plan, but when trying to pay for it, it converts into US Dollars and my Bank/Credit card is not allowed to be charged in foreign currency.

  Thanks for your help, can I still use new purchases discount 20OFF, it was a flash sale, or I have to wait for another email? I am not in hurry, I could wait.
