upgrade from Free to Premium

I have my domain on godaddy, when i go to upgrade it is asking me to point to that domain but domain is not on web at this time it is over a godaddy, also, if I start with WordPress.com initially, how difficult is it to move to WordPress.org in the future? and can plug-ins be added into a WordPress.com site?

Last question first: It’s not possible to add plugins to a WordPress.com site, but many of the features added by plugins are already built in here, so you might not need them. If you can tell me what feature you are looking for I can tell you if we have it available.
Moving from WordPress.com to a self-hosted WordPress site can be a lot of work, but we have a complete guide on how to do it and there is also an upgrade you can buy where we move the site for you, though not to GoDaddy:
To link your GoDaddy domain to your site you have here with us you need to add domain mapping. You do that at My Site ->Domains ->Add ->Map it, but you’ll need to buy a plan in order to do that.
