Upgrade from Nigeria

Sometime ago i complained of not being able to upgade from Nigeria and a friend frm the US was unable to help as his bank blocked the transaction.
My question now is what is wordpress doing to make it possible for us here to upgrade our blogs so we can also benefit from the advance services Wp provides. ThanksThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Nobody from Nigeria has ever been able to buy an upgrade at WordPress.com in the seven years I’ve been here. Now you can use Bitcoin to buy certain upgrades, which is an improvement at least.
Unfortunately, short of using Bitcoin or paypal to buy a foreign credit or debit card, your best shot is to eliminate the spammers and con artists who work out of Nigeria. If they weren’t doing what they are doing, your country would not be under these restrictions.

Best – get rid of the con artists that keep sending me email all the time about how they need help transferring money out of the country
