upgrade from personal to business mid-year

    Hi,

    I currently have a personal plan since Jan 2018. I am now considering upgrading to a business plan to start monetizing my blog. When i look at the plans, it gives me a monthly rate for the business plan minus the personal plan rate. considering i only need to upgrade from the business plan.
    So when i look to upgrade it, if the personal plan is for x (Rs.200), my business plan shows Y (Rs.800) minus X (Rs.200) making it Z (Rs.600) monthly.
    My question is since i am upgrading mid-year, when i make the annual payment of Rs.7200 for a monthly Z (Rs.600) amount, will this be applicable for the next 12 months? or does it take effect on the plan since inception, i.e. Jan 2018.

    If it will be applicable since Jan 2018, then i would rather upgrade the plan post my one year so i get benefit of the higher plan for a full 12 months.

    As long as your first plan isn’t too close to expiring when you upgrade then you would just pay the difference between the price of the plans and also the more expensive plan would then be valid for a full year.
