Upgrade from Premium to Business

  If I buy Premium Plan and later to decide to upgrade to Business Plan, would I have to pay the difference or pay the whole plan fees again?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you purchase the Premium plan and later think of upgrading it to the Business plan, WordPress.com would allow you to pay the difference of fees.
