Upgrade help needed for domain mapping

  I want to upgrade to map my domain, I do not need the whole bundle for $99.00, however I saw on the site that I can pay $13.00 for an upgrade to be able to map my preexisting domain that I have already bought for my blog through godaddy. Where and how can I pay to upgrade?
