Upgrade in ICDSoft?

  We need to update WordPress for our union’s blog, but we have an account at ICDSoft, which is great but does not have shell access for users. Does anyone have experience with upgrading on an ICDSoft website, or suggestions for workarounds that would preserve and use the database/config settings, etc.?
