Upgrade in SPITE of me canceling; demanding refund

I canceled my auto renew and was still charged, resulting in a fee from my bank PLUS the $99 I CANCELED. I am angry and expect a refund immediately. It is ridiculous to be charged in spite of canceling a service and I am extremely upset that now not only am I out $99 for however long it takes, but also a bank fee that I expect WordPress should also have to refund.
