Upgrade in USD and not EUR

    Hi,

    I am upgrading my site and I’m located in the USA. I would like to pay in USD, not EUR, but it automatically goes to EUR. How can I change it?

    I’m upgrading today so I can take advantage of the Black Friday 30% off, so will there be a way to get a refund from the currency change?
