  Dear Sir/Madam
  i have 2 questions.
  1- If I want to upgrade my blog, will I be billed once I upgrade my blog or one month before the subscription period (2 years for example) ends?
  2- If I wished to cancel the subscription after a few months, will I be billed the 180€ or will I be billed the 8€ per every month I used the subscription?

  Hi there,

  1- If I want to upgrade my blog, will I be billed once I upgrade my blog or one month before the subscription period (2 years for example) ends?

  You need to pay in advance yearly for the subscription. You need to purchase it first before using it.

  2- If I wished to cancel the subscription after a few months, will I be billed the 180€ or will I be billed the 8€ per every month I used the subscription?

  For refunds
  – new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.
  – For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 30 days.
