upgrade is gone?!

Hello, I´ve upgraded my plan to a creator plan yesterday + installed a theme – today I´ve looked in and it seems like all this has never happened?! I can´t see my theme, nor my upgrade + the url shows still offenseeau.wordpress.com and not offenseeau.at (like it should).
What´s going on?

It looks like you may be referring to two different websites. The offenseeau.wordpress.com site appears to have been deleted, while https://offenseeau.at/ is still active. I suspect you may have logged into a different account today than the one which owns the active site and its associated purchases.
