Upgrade is not cancellable

  I want to delete my site, cancel domain and get a refund! but it keeps saying that this upgrade is cancellable!!! what is up with that!!!!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You need to do this, before the deletion:

  Delete a Website

  I went to manage purchase but i still got the “Upgrade is not cancellable” message. I only upgraded it yesterday so i’m hoping to get the refund.

  The upgrade was only a domain renewal but for some reason it won’t let me cancel the renewal.

  Did you have any luck with this? I am receiving the same error message – my domain renewed automatically yesterday and I would like to cancel and refund also.. Would love to know how you got on?

  It looks like you managed to cancel the upgrade already, as I don’t see any upgrades in your account.

  Let us know if you still need help, but in future it’s better to start your own thread rather than posting in one over a month old :)
