  Hi I’m trying to cancel and refund a recent automated domain renewal for my site avenue-my.org? It also comes with domain mapping but I can’t seem to cancel it as I keep getting “Upgrade is not cancellable”

  Would like to hear back ASAP as I’m aware I only have 48 hours to cancel this.

  Also, it’s not due for renewal till Aug 11, how come I’m being charged so early?!

  It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.
