Upgrade is not cancellable

    Why is an upgrade not cancellable?

    Here’s the email that I got from WordPress:

    “dotcamom.com is about to be automatically renewed on September 21, 2016.

    You will be charged C$34.00 for this renewal later today.

    You don’t have to do anything — this is just a reminder.

    If you don’t want to renew, you can cancel this subscription at Me > Manage Purchases in your WordPress.com account.”

    **The problem is that WordPress WON’T let me manage this payment and CANCEL it because WordPress has decided to give me the message that this payment is an UPGRADE and can’t be cancelled.**

    !!!

    Refund my money.

    Let me cancel the domain mapping for dotcamom.com.

    Again: I DO NOT use dotcamom.com anymore and haven’t for more than a year!

    I stopped hosting service from Siteground for dotcamom.com over a year ago!

    WordPress should also not be charging me domain mapping for dotcamom.com.
