  • Hi there. There is no telephonic support for WordPress.com, only these support forums. You also shouldn’t post sensitive information like a phone number here as this is a public forum and anyone on the internet can access it. I’ve tagged this for staff so they can remove your phone number.

    If you provide information on exactly which upgrade you’re having trouble with, staff will assist you with that as well.

    I am trying to get the premium upgrade for my blog but it´s not working. I cannot get through to the payment.

    Could you please assist me in how to proceed.

    Please be more specific than “it’s not working.” What upgrades are you trying to buy, what payment method are you using, what browser and version, and where in the process does the failure occur?

    When I am klicking on the button “Get WordPress.com Primium” on the WordPress Store site nothing is happening. I cannot get further.

    I would like to upgrade to primium for $99 per year.

    Are you clicking to the store from the dashboard of that particular blog? That’s what you have to do.

    And when I do that It says that I already have WordPress.com Premium.
    You are sending me e-mails that I have to upgrade “otherwise the upgrade expires, all the bundled upgrades will be removed, and your site will no longer be available at forvalt.ap7.se”.

    So how do I do? I can´t upgrade cause I have Primium and I do not want it to expires so my site no longer will be avaliable. Please advice!

  • You should see the option to renew your upgrades under Store ->My Upgrades in the dashboard. This thread is also tagged for staff, so if you don’t see that option and you’re sure you’re on the right blog’s dashboard, let us know here and staff can check if there’s anything wrong.

  • Thanks for confirming that you got that working. I did not mark it “staff only” (I don’t have that ability) but I tagged it for them to remove your phone number.
