  I recently upgraded my site and created a test site to reformat to my new theme. Unfortunately my practice site (practice portfolio) does not seem to have the upgrade.

  Can you please help me show the upgrade the practice portfolio?

  Hi Helene,

  Our upgrades are only on a per-site basis, I’m afraid. So while your main site has the WordPress.com premium package upgrade, if you would like the same for your test site, you would need to purchase another one.

  Something to keep in mind: with the exception of domains, all of our products have a no-questions-asked 30 day refund policy (domains are only refundable for 48 hours after purchase). If you only need the test site for a short time, you could purchase the premium package now and cancel it as soon as you’re done testing things to get a full refund (as long as it’s within 30 days).
