Hello, I have tried to use two different forms of payment but both were declined. I contacted my bank and told them to accept it and that it wasn’t fraudulent, in which they did, but it is still being declined on the website. I have plenty of money in the bank on both cards so I’m lost to why it is being declined.

Hi,
Sadly, this is 100% on the bank’s end of things. They are the ones declining the charge, it is not on our end of things. So if they say the charge will go through, and it will not, they need to explain to you why that is happening.
I wish I could be of more assistance, but when a bank declines a charge, it’s out of our hands.
