  I have just upgraded my plan and made the payment. But there is nothing changed in the website. Please tell me what is it

  why are you not providing solution to my problem?
  My money is deducted but nothing is getting reflected in my site or even there is no purchase history shown.
  please what needs to be done

  Ah, I think there was a problem with Net Banking – the system you used for the payment. In those cases, the purchase won’t go through but, as was your case, the full amount is refunded.
  You can go ahead and purchase your plan again. Here are some other payment methods you may want to try:
