Upgrade my WordPress blog

  I am using WordPress for some audios file in my iTunes and I have problem with the iTunes Player and podcast ,I can not play and download some of my episodes , I think the problem from my WordPress blog and I think if I upgrade my WordPress this problem could be finished , is that correct ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
