  I want to upgrade my site to business but it will not give me the option

  Some more details would be nice:

  Your are admin?
  –> only admins can purchase

  Do you want to upgrade from free to business or from other plans (personal, no-ads, domainmapping…) to business?
  –> if an other admin had upgraded from free to personal before, only this person is allowed to upgrade from personal to business

  I am the original admin. We had a business account and subscription expired, as I thought it was not necessary.

  What is the address of the site you need help with? How long ago did your upgrade/domain expire? I have added the modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could reply to you.
