    I got the message explicit in the title of this forum when I wanted to cancel my premium.
    I am still within the period of cancellation and I want a refund for it.

    When will I have answers about this issue?

    Are you sure you are logged in under the correct username account when requesting a refund?

    What is the upgrade involved here please?
    If it includes a domain, do you want to use the URL on another site?

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.     It says I have no upgrade now, but I didn’t get any cancellation email or confirmation the refund is on its way? Could I please have one of those?
