Upgrade not getting reflected after purchase

    Money got deducted from my account on 17 October, but the same is not being shown in the purchase tab.
    Can you please check

    The account you’re using to post here has never bought any paid upgrade from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you, so we’ll need some more information to be able to help you with this.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
