upgrade not showing

  Thank F*ing God. I went through about 50 cycles to reach a form to contact Customer Service. So now my initial question has me p**d off for having spent so much time getting here. Here’s the deal. I just gave you $99 for the premium package. I went to log in and it’s still showing basic (3GB storage) plan. I also thought I was buying http://www.robmedley.net and not http://www.robmedleydotnet.wordpress.com. If I cannot have the former, and the package I ordered, I would like to cancel the package and just go back to my other web company. Thanks. I know it’s Sunday so I’ll wait until tomorrow for an answer.

  Sp this was supposed to be to staff and not the internet at large, thanks for this little surprise. I’ll just request a refund.
