Upgrade not showing

  Hello my friend and I paid to upgrade my site to business, it was showing on his computer right away but not mine..it did show briefly on mine but now they’re both back to showing free? What happened? Is this so,etching someone could have undone, I g ad a vindictive person altering my social media for awhile…

  I can see two attempted payments on your account on 27 September, but both transactions were blocked by PayPal, so you don’t have any active upgrades on your site at the moment.

  You will need to contact PayPal to find out why they’re blocking your payments before you’ll be able to buy an upgrade here.
