upgrade not working

My client paid for the premium upgrade this afternoon. I can see manage plans under premium but there is nothing to manage not matter what account is logged in.
Please advise

I want to use plugins. What they need is a contact form. I think I understand now to do that the site needs to be hosted privately. Correct?

Hi @summerk9000, actually you won’t need a plugin for that.
We’re working on moving our contact form function into the newer editor, but for now, you can add it here. Click on the Contact Form button to add a form. We have more details here:
