I can see that there are not any upgrades connected to your user account in use here (billhalbert). It sounds like you’ve signed up for multiple accounts and that the charge is listed under another account.

it says Congratulations, but when I go back the place is still free and I cannot upload any themes. Also I did not get any confirmation email for the purchase

I am also trying to upgrade to Business Plan but after providing my MasterCard details at checkout I receive an error message “”500 status code for “POST /me/transactions”. My cc is valid as I’ve used to make other purchases yesterday with no issues. I’ve tried it on Chrome and Safari and get the same error. I’ve tried multiple times yesterday and today and consistently get the same error. Haven’t received any response from the support team yet so looking to see if others are having the same issue.

petepayball – I can help you with this. Head over to wordpress.com/me/purchases/ and you should see a business plan listed there. It’s been added from my side of things.

I just entered my cc information and it saved successfully rather than throw the error message. I also see that my plan is now Business plan (as opposed to free) so it seems to have worked. Can you please confirm? Thanks

Hi, I’ve just tried to upgrade to Premium and tried 3 cards that I usually use, but got AXLZNE error. What does it mean and how can we fix it?
