Upgrade not working

  I had the free plan but I upgraded tp the personal and then to the Premium and I don’t see any of the Premium tools on my profile.

  Correct account: Yes

  You have three similarly named sites and I think that is what is causing the confusion here.

  Your WordPress.com Premium plan is added to the site https://annamartzdesigns6.wordpress.com

  The site https://annamartzdesignscom.wordpress.com and https://annamartzdesignsad8d308e93.wordpress.com, the other sites added to your WordPress.com account, are on the free plan. You can delete https://annamartzdesignscom.wordpress.com and https://annamartzdesignsad8d308e93.wordpress.com if you wish by following these links:

  • Delete https://annamartzdesignscom.wordpress.com: head to https://wordpress.com/settings/delete-site/annamartzdesignscom.wordpress.com → Delete site
  • Delete https://annamartzdesignsad8d308e93.wordpress.com: head to https://wordpress.com/settings/delete-site/annamartzdesignsad8d308e93.wordpress.com → Delete site
