upgrade of domain transfer

  I have a premium upgrade on happyskips.com and would like to transfer it to pamsnaps.com. When I try to transfer I get error can not transfer.

  I would like to delete happyskips at some point.

  Can someone help.

  Hi there,

  I’m currently seeing a Premium upgrade on the site:

  pamsnaps.com

  but I do see that you renewed the Premium on:

  happyskips.com

  What I can do is renew the Premium on pamsnaps.com instead, but note that I will remove Premium from happyskips.com. I understand you would like to cancel your custom domain: happyskips.com, but please note that this is different from other upgrades and is stated during the purchase process.

  Canceling a domain at this time means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation.

  You are welcome to keep your domain with us and update the nameservers to point to another hosting provider by following this guide:

  After 60 days from the date of purchase or registrant contact information change, you may also transfer your domain to another registrar by following this guide:
