  Hi! i want to create easy web site with multilingual support and seo plugin.How should i do it?
  In a free version it is impossible, isnt it?i dont use any host platform. i d like to creat my web site directly onlinewithout downloading wordpress to my pc. wich payable upgrade it sufficient for purpose?
