Upgrade Options all say Downgrade?

  I need to get the Business Plan in order to install Elementor Pro, but all when I go to the Upgrade Page, all the options are grayed out and say ‘Downgrade.’ What does that mean, and how can I get the Elementor Pro Theme installed?
