Upgrade Options Unavailable

I am trying to upgrade my website so I can connect a customer domain. However, when I view pricing, the ‘upgrade’ box does not appear except for the m most expensive packages. How can I upgrade my site from the Free plan to the Premium plan if the upgrade box is not appearing??

Hi there,
Which site is this for? I see you have a few on your account. Let us know and we can take a closer look at why you are not able to add the Premium plan to that account, thanks!

I believe the WP site is: f3indianapoliscom.wpcomstaging.com
The GoDaddy domain I need to reconnect is: f3indianapolis.com
Thanks

Thanks for that! It looks like your WordPress.com Business plan expired last month, but retained the
wpcomstagingURL since your site is using the following third party plugins:– Contact Form 7
– Set Default Featured Image
– Require Post Tags
– TablePressSince the use of these plugins requires a Business plan, that’s why you’re only given the option to upgrade to Business or eCommerce at this time.
If you want to have the Premium plan, you would lose the following in the downgrade from Business:
1. Any content (pages, posts, media, comments, etc) added after adding outside themes and plugins will be lost.
2. Any custom content created by plugins and themes will not be carried over.
3. Plugins and third-party themes can no longer be used.
4. The site will revert to using the old theme.
Since that would require some substantial work on your site – recreating a contact form, replacing missing content, etc. – you might be better off renewing the Business plan, then you can get your domain remapped to this site and you’ll be back in business. The DNS is still set to WordPress.com, so all you need to do here is get the Business plan back in place and set
f3indianapolis.comto be your primary domain.I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any questions or need help with anything else.
